This Privacy Policy describes how the European Diabetes Clinic Foundation with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, 11 Budowlanych Street, NIP: 6292467741, (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”), collects, stores and uses information about users visiting the website: eukc.pl. We limit the information collected and used about the users to the minimum necessary, which allows us to provide our services at an appropriate level.

With whom do we share your data?

The recipients of your personal data may be the Foundation’s subcontractors for the services they provide, including IT services, in accordance with signed contracts. They are not entitled to use your data for their own purposes. Your data is not transferred by us to other countries or international organisations.
Personal data is only obtained if you provide it during registration, by sending an e-mail or by filling in a form in your enquiries to the Foundation and in similar situations where you have chosen to provide such information to the Foundation.

Data retention period

The period for which data is retained depends on the purpose for which it was provided. Logs will be kept by us indefinitely and will support the administration of the site by, among other things, generating statistics. Their content will be disclosed only to persons authorized to administer the server.

The provision of data is voluntary, however in many cases certain services cannot be provided if you do not provide us with the necessary data.
